Step Up Providers

Explore resources for Florida families using Personalized Education Program and other eligible scholarship pathways.

Before you buy

Scholarship rules, approved uses, reimbursement requirements, and provider status can change. Confirm current eligibility in the official Step Up For Students purchasing guides and your scholarship account before purchasing.

Provider directory

Our directory helps families discover educational providers and products while clearly separating informational listings from sponsored placements.

PEP and scholarship provider hub

Find a provider, verify the payment path, and save the right records

This hub separates three questions families often blend together: whether a service supports the student’s learning plan, whether the organization currently appears in the family’s scholarship system, and whether the specific purchase is eligible under the current guide.

1. Check your program

Confirm whether the student is using PEP, FES-UA, FES-EO, FTC, or another pathway. Requirements and authorized uses differ.

2. Check the current guide

Review the newest purchasing guidance, documentation, preauthorization, and frequency limits before committing funds.

3. Verify inside EMA

A provider’s website is a discovery lead, not final proof. Confirm the exact organization, service, and payment method in the family’s current account.

4. Save documentation

Keep the service description, learning purpose, invoice, receipt, approval, and payment status together.

Researched provider leads

Current starting points across tutoring, programs, testing, and the arts

Each organization below stated on its own website that it accepts or participates in Step Up scholarship payments when checked October 2, 2026. That claim can change and does not guarantee that a particular family, service, date, or purchase is eligible. Verify in EMA and the current purchasing guide before enrolling or paying.

Provider verification standard

Before enrolling, ask five questions

Is this exact organization active in the family’s current account? Is this exact service eligible? Is direct pay available or is reimbursement required? What documentation or preauthorization is needed? What happens to scholarship funds if the family cancels or receives a refund?

Directory standard: Inclusion is informational and is not an endorsement. Provider claims are dated and linked to the organization’s own page; scholarship eligibility must be confirmed through the responsible scholarship organization.
